Hi, I’m Sheila, the owner and main creator of Treasured Treats and Trinkets.  I am passionate about creating things, whether baking macarons with the perfect feet in the kitchen or working on a fun new painting in the craft room.  I always push myself to learn new crafts and put my own spin on them.

Thinking back, I can’t remember when I wasn’t baking.  I started with an Easy Bake Oven and quickly moved to the regular oven.  A few years ago, I learned about macarons and had to teach myself how to make them.  There was a lot of trial and error. I watched many how-to videos and joined groups to get tips on how to get those perfect little feet macarons are known for.  Once I figured them out and got rave reviews, I decided to open a cottage bakery and sell them along with a few other treats.  But baking is only half my passion, so I knew I had to add my crafts to the mix, too.  That is how Treasured Treats and Trinkets was born.
